Children's Pastors
Jeff & Tracey Sayre

Jeff and Tracey became the children’s pastors at Rainsville Church of God in 1998 shortly after they completed the Ministerial Internship Program for the Church of God. They have both worked in the ministry since their early teenage years and have experience in many different areas including: children’s church, boy’s and girl’s clubs, puppets, clowns, sign team, drama team, music, media, Sunday school, and various other programs.

Jeff and Tracey have been married since 1995 and have one son, Jayden. Jeff is a graduate of Plainview High School and has also taken several classes with Lee University. In addition to his responsibilities as children’s pastor, he is also currently employed full-time by the Dekalb County Road Department. Tracey is a graduate of Sylvania High School and Jacksonville State University where she received a secondary education double-major in math and English. She is employed as a math teacher at Fort Payne High School.
